What we did
Mastering materials
Our design team searched high and low for eco-friendly raw materials, such as recycled leather. And we welcomed new suppliers to our platform who helped us manufacture elegant and innovative items to create the VIP experience. Everything was made locally in women-owned factories to reduce carbon footprints.

Sustainable supply chains, delighted VIPs
Marketing benchmarks around engagement and brand affinity all improved markedly among this key audience. We also transformed the brand’s capability to sustainably source striking products, which, combined with the inclusive supply chain, achieved both positive business metrics and environmental and societal impact.
